Again for players without opponents this provides an alternative to the solo board games.

Ab Initio Games

Lots of PBEM games listed here. However many of them charge players to take part. For example in Raceplan, a Formula One racing game there is a charge of £3.00 per game. In Empires, a wargaming PBEM the charge is £2.00 per game.

Cyberboard

The CyberBoard board gaming system makes playing board games by mail and electronic mail a more enjoyable experience. The system allows you to easily graphically design the various parts of a board game on your computer. The players can make their moves and exchange recorded versions of the moves with their opponents.

PBEM Rally

My PBEM World Rally Game. A simple PBEM game involving players to design their own cars and then send in their setup prior to each rally. Rallies take place each fortnight.
